Admissions schedule for graduate studies for polish citizens

Schedule for the admissions process for second-cycle degree programmes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, commencing in the winter semester of the 2026/2027 academic year, for applicants holding Polish citizenship:
  • Creation of a personal application account in the Internet Registration System (ISR): June 2, 2026, at the latest;
  • Registration in the ISR: from June 9, 2026 (1 p.m.), to June 18, 2026 (3 p.m.).
  • WOG exam: June 30, 2026 (Additional term: July 1, 2026);
  • On-line interviews verifying the English proficiency for EU citizens applying to study in English: July 17, 20, and 21, 2026;

Admission procedure and submission of documents by candidates qualified for admission in each round:

1) First round:

  • Announcement of the results: July 30, 2026;
  • Submission of the application form bearing a qualified electronic signature: from August 3, 2026, to August 11, 2026 (until 3 p.m.);
  • Submission of documents: from August 6, 2026, to August 11, 2026 (until 3 p.m.), excluding Sunday;
  • Confirmation in the ISR of wilingness to participate in additional qualification round for candidates who have submitted documents for studies that do not correspond to their highest preference or who have not been qualified for admission to studies: from August 6, 2026, to August 11, 2026 (until 3 p.m.);

2) Second round (If the University Admissions Committee decides to run an additional round):

  • Announcement of the results: August 18, 2026, at the latest;
  • Submission of documents: August 19 & 20, 2026 (until 1 p.m.);
  • Confirmation in the ISR of wilingness to participate in additional qualification round for candidates who have submitted documents for studies that do not correspond to their highest preference or who have not been qualified for admission to studies: August 19 & 20, 2026 (until 1 p.m.);

3) Third round (If the University Admissions Committee decides to run an additional round):

  • Announcement of the results: August 25, 2026, at the latest;
  • Submission of documents: August 26, 2026 (until 4 p.m.).
